Sunday River is the perfect destination whether you're an expert seeking double black steeps, an intermediate looking for corduroy groomers or someone new to skiing. It is a sprawling resort that spans eight peaks, each with their own personalities and terrain. Sunday River has a trail for everyone. Featuring snowmaking on 522 acres serviced by 15 lifts, skiers and riders have access to 135 trails (53 miles), including almost 300 acres of developed tree skiing. The area receives on average 155 inches of snowfall per year. The longest run is three miles. The top elevation is 3,140 feet, and the base is at 800 feet with a total vertical drop of 2,340 feet.

Sugarloaf is Maine’s second highest peak offering over 1,200 skier accessible acres and a continuous 2,820 feet vertical,. The annual snowfall totals 200 inches and 12 lifts provide access to 162 trails and glades.
